All data transmitted to and from Flows.Trading is encrypted to prevent unauthorized access.
Data in Transit #
HTTPS encryption:
- All communication between your browser and the platform uses HTTPS.
- Industry-standard TLS encryption protects data during transmission.
- Prevents man-in-the-middle attacks and eavesdropping.
Data at Rest #
Server-side encryption:
- All data stored on the platform’s servers is encrypted at rest.
- API keys are stored encrypted and never displayed after initial entry.
- Database encryption prevents unauthorized access even if physical servers are compromised.
What this means for you:
- Your API keys, trading history, and personal information are protected even when not in use.
- Data breaches of server infrastructure would not expose plaintext credentials.
Important: While Flows.Trading protects data on its servers, you are responsible for securing your own devices. Use antivirus software, keep your operating system updated, and avoid trading on public Wi-Fi networks.
