Flows.Trading subscriptions are non-refundable. When you purchase a plan, you immediately gain access to all included features for the full duration of your billing period, even if you cancel early. Because access is granted instantly and cannot be reversed, payments already completed cannot be refunded.
However, we understand that exceptional situations can occur. In rare and justified cases, refund requests may be reviewed individually. Approval is never guaranteed, but we commit to examining each exceptional case with fairness and transparency.
You may request a refund review if you believe your situation qualifies as exceptional. Examples may include technical issues preventing access despite proper troubleshooting, billing errors, or special circumstances outside your control. Each request is evaluated independently.
