You can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties.
How to Cancel #
- Navigate to Profile → Subscription → Cancel.
- Confirm your cancellation.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation.
What happens after cancellation:
- You retain premium access until the end of your current billing cycle.
- After the billing cycle ends, your account automatically downgrades to the Basic (free) plan.
- Your trading history, saved layouts, and journal data remain intact.
Refund Policy #
Standard policy:
- Subscriptions are generally non-refundable after the billing cycle begins.
- Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis (contact support).
Trial period:
- If you cancel during your free trial, you are not charged.
How to request a refund:
- Contact support@flows.trading with your account details and reason for refund request.
- Include your invoice number and billing information.
Important: Refund requests are reviewed individually. While we strive to accommodate reasonable requests, refunds are not guaranteed.
