Open the Chart #
- Navigate to the Charting & Trading space.
- Open the asset chart you want to review (e.g., BTCUSDT).
Launch Market Replay #
Click the Market Replay icon (tape/rewind symbol) in the chart toolbar.
Select Date & Starting Point #
- Choose the starting date and session for your review.
- Use the time slider or calendar to pinpoint the exact starting moment.
Control Playback #
- Play: Start moving forward through historical bars.
- Pause: Stop at any moment to analyze the chart.
- Speed Up/Down: Adjust playback speed to match your review pace.
- Jump to events: Use the timeline to skip to key price movements.
Trade During Replay (Simulated Mode) #
- Enable Simulated Order mode to place orders as if trading live.
- Open the order ticket (right-click chart or use Buy/Sell buttons).
- Place market or limit orders—each “paper trade” is logged for review.
Analyze Outcomes #
- Review what would have happened: fills, PnL, equity changes.
- Check the Orders and Positions tabs to see how your trades executed.
- Switch to the Journal space to view replay session statistics.
Use as Training #
- Practice entries and exits without risk.
- Test new strategies on historical data.
- Create video reviews of your decision-making process.
