Promotion on TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook (including open group pages and fan pages; excluding personal pages and private groups), Twitter/X, Instagram, Threads, Bluesky, and Twitch is permitted following these general guidelines:
- You are not permitted to use private or closed social media accounts as part of your affiliate strategy, as this impedes our team’s ability to help provide guidance and oversight.
- You are allowed to promote offers to your own lists; more specifically, you’re welcome to use your affiliate links on your own social media pages. For example: you may post, “25% off Site Plan at https://flows.trading/pricing/?ref=123“
- You are prohibited from posting your affiliate links on Flows Trading’s social media company pages in an attempt to turn those links into affiliate sales.
- You agree not to publish or distribute the link, or cause the link to be published or distributed, on or via methods, platforms and media where you have no reasonable basis for believing that all or most of the readers or recipients are your personal friends (such as coupon websites, Wikipedia, etc.).
- It is prohibited to use Flows Trading’s trademarks as your social media profile picture or wallpaper or use any of Flows Trading’s copyright-protected works (such as graphics, photos, images, drawings, and screenshots from Flows Trading’s website or social media profiles) without Flows Trading’s express written permission.
- When you choose to publish an affiliate link on any third-party site such as TikTok, Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, etc. you agree you comply with all applicable policies, terms and procedures of the applicable third-party site as it relates to your use of such site.

What are the policies and restrictions for advertising and PPC? #
Anyone running paid advertisements as part of the affiliate program must avoid the following program violations:
- Bidding on brand search terms (sample list below).

- Display content that is offensive, including but not limited to blatant expressions of bigotry, prejudice, racism, hatred or excessive profanity or post any obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, excessively violent, harassing or otherwise objectionable content.

- …
It is your responsibility as a member of our affiliate program to monitor your campaigns and ensure that these comply with all rules and policies.
What are penalties for violating program terms and restrictions? #
Based on our team’s judgment, first-time policy violators will receive a warning and be notified to remove violating content, such as PPC ads. Affiliate accounts are suspended until an internal investigation is conducted and confirms the violation has been corrected. During the suspension, no commissions will be earned. Failure to respond or correct violations in the designated timeframe will result in long-term program suspension or complete program removal.
Second-time policy violators will receive a warning and be notified to remove violating content, but they will also be suspended for the remainder of the calendar month. During this time, affiliates are unable to earn commissions and will lose pending commissions. They will also not be able to earn rewards, participate in challenges, move up in tiers, or enjoy other benefits of the affiliate program.
Any violation, even the first, could be grounds for removal from the program.
Affiliates may be asked to share screenshots or other evidence and proof of their advertising strategy at any time. All advertisements will be reviewed by the Flows Trading team, and Flows Trading reserves the right to remove any offending account at any time without notice based on the company’s discretion.
Flows Trading reserves the right to remove anyone from the program at any time without notice for lack of transparency about promotional or paid advertising activities or suspected impersonation of the Flows Trading brand.
